Dr. David Galiani graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and the Medical College of Virginia, where he received numerous honors and awards. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He is on the staff at Wills Eye Hospital and Doylestown Hospital. At the Wills Eye Hospital, he shares his surgical expertise to teach residents in the field of cataract surgery. Dr. Galiani practices comprehensive ophthalmology with his special interests being state-of-the-art cataract, glaucoma, and medical retina care. He performs cataract surgical procedures that are customized to best meet the visual needs of the patient by offering a variety of lens implant types and refractive corrections. He is board certified in Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Bucks County Medical Society, and the Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Dr. Galiani has also published numerous articles in medical journals and textbooks and has presented research at international ophthalmology conferences.
Dr. Galiani assumed the practice of Dr. John W. Tomlinson upon his retirement in 2006. The practice has been providing care to patients in Central Bucks County since 1984.
Dr. Walsh graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree with Clinical Honors. She is also on the staff of Albert Einstein Medical Center and the Moss Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia. She has a special interest in pediatrics and enjoys examining children. Dr. Walsh is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
